Thermal Printer for Wristbands
The Thermal Printer for Wristbands prints all common 1D and 2D barcodes at approximately 12.5cm/sec, with a resolution of 203dpi. It accepts 25mm or 38mm roll cores up to 165mm outer diameter, loads wristband rolls easily, and connects via Ethernet or USB 2.0. An LCD front display is included.
Basic Direct-Thermal Wristband
A lightweight direct-thermal wristband for admissions, patient and guest identification and other short-term applications. The 100-micron film keeps printed information legible after contact with water, soaps, hand sanitiser, sunscreen, surgical spirit, iodine solutions and chlorinated water, suiting roughly one to two days of wear. Stocked in red, white, blue, green, yellow and orange, available from 5,000 per colour, or in custom artwork and colour schemes from 20,000. Supplied on rolls or fan-folded, and compatible with Zebra, Sato, TSC, Stimare, BOCA and other direct-thermal printers — confirm the printer model when ordering.
Premium Direct-Thermal Wristband
The Premium Direct-Thermal Wristband is a robust dual-layer wristband for longer events, resorts, venues and identification programmes, intended for use up to 14 days. Rounded corners and a water-resistant, tamper-evident adhesive closure suit repeated wear, and custom graphics can be printed to the band. RFID is available as an option in both thermal and non-thermal versions. Available in 25 x 254 mm, 25 x 279 mm, 25 x 305 mm or 29 x 292 mm, at 160 microns thick, supplied in rolls or fan-folded. Minimum order is 24,000 pieces. Confirm the intended Zebra, Sato, TSC, Stimare, BOCA or other direct-thermal printer when ordering.
Standard Direct-Thermal Wristband
A durable direct-thermal wristband for multi-day identification. The 150-micron film is designed to retain its thermal image during normal exposure to water, soaps, hand sanitiser, sunscreen, surgical spirit and similar solutions. Supplied in 25 x 279mm or 29 x 292mm sizes, on rolls or fan-folded, for use up to seven days. Confirm compatibility with your direct-thermal printer (Zebra, Sato, TSC, Stimare, BOCA or other) when ordering.
