Standard ID Cards are full-colour, double-sided printed cards in PVC or PET, sized 85.5 x 54 x 0.76mm. They can be finished with options such as a signature panel, barcoding, embossing, debossing, a magnetic stripe, gold or silver foiling, variable data and hole punching. Minimum order is 100 pieces.

Standard ID Cards – Light are full-colour, double-sided printed cards in Stentex, sized 85.5 x 54 x 0.5mm. They can be finished with options such as a signature panel, barcoding, embossing, debossing, a magnetic stripe, gold or silver foiling, variable data and hole punching. Minimum order is 100 pieces.
Big ID Cards
Big ID Cards are an oversized identification card for applications needing a larger format than a standard card, available in 140 × 76 mm or 105 × 148 mm. Made in PVC, RPET, RPVC and similar materials, printed in full colour on both sides, from a minimum order of 100 pieces. Options include a signature panel, barcoding, embossing, debossing, magnetic stripe, gold or silver foiling, variable data and hole punching.
ID Cards with detachable tabs
ID cards with detachable tabs, produced in PVC or PET and printed in full colour on both sides. The standard format is 85.5 x 54 x 0.76mm plus stubs, with other sizes available and a customisable number of tabs so each card can carry several linked passes. Minimum order is 100 pieces. Options include signature panels, barcoding, embossing, debossing, magnetic stripe, gold or silver foiling and variable data.

Cardboard cards
Coated cardboard cards offer an alternative to plastic cards for identification and access applications. Made from Invercote Creato Matt 350 gsm two-side coated board (0.415 mm), sized 80 × 120 × 0.415 mm, printed in full colour (4/4 or 4/0) from a minimum order of 100 pieces. Options include barcode, QR code, variable data such as name, company or code, hole punching, rounded corners and lamination.
RFID Smart Cards
RFID Smart Cards are printed cards embedded with an NFC or RFID chip. They are encoded with information and trigger actions with a tap against a reader or an NFC-enabled mobile phone, including most Android handsets. Material options are PVC, PET, PET-G and ABS, in the standard 85.5 x 54.0mm size or custom dimensions, 0.84-0.93mm thick (PVC rated -20C to 50C). Personalisation includes offset and silk-screen printing, digital printing, magnetic stripe, hot stamping, signature panel, number and barcode printing, embossing, hole punching, scratch-off finish and lamination.
Cloth Stickers "Stickies"
Cloth stickers ("Stickies") are a low-cost, temporary alternative to reusable access badges, used to identify visitor types, access levels or event zones at a glance. They are lightweight and professional in appearance, easy to distribute, and writeable with a standard marker or ballpoint pen. Made from monomeric vinyl with a non-stain, water-based adhesive and a matte finish, 100 µm thick and available in various sizes and shapes. Fire classification B1.
